What is IPSC Portal?

INTRODUCTION TO IPSC PORTAL

Today, Online School Management Systems have become popular in making education easy and comfortable. Several schools, colleges, and institutions have started using online portals to manage and streamline the complete information in an organized and efficient manner. To walk in hand with modern era and to bridge the communication gap between school and parents, there is a need for technology. Hence, our School has adopted some smart strategies such as IPSC Portal that help the school communicate with the parents regularly. This system allow parents as well to stay informed about the activities and progress of their children.

IPSC Portal can be logged in using our website or Android Application “IPSC Portal” which can be installed via Google Play Store. The system is user friendly and for ‘know how’ a complete Help Center is available on our website followed by walk in help at the campus and video tutorials.

Features

Following are a few interesting features of IPSC Portal:

Attendance

An easy and authentic way to keep an eye on your child’s attendance. Through this feature parents can view Monthly attendance and complete attendance history of their child.

Examination

View your child’s detailed Exam Result / Marksheet for every semester.

Behavior Records

Good behavior always attracts others and makes one seem approachable and nice. It is an expression of good character and morals. Our behavior record is a point reward system for students. We assign titles to our students, such as “discussion contributor”, “problem solver”, “responsible leader”, “student of the day”, “team player”, “kind” and many more. We also assign points for these behaviors accordingly. It is a non-punitive system where we broaden our students moral and ethical horizon with appreciation and recognition. Parents will be able to view the points and titles assigned to their ward via IPSC Portal App. 

Leave

Writing leaves have just become easy. Parents submit leave request via IPSC Portal App. They can also monitor leave status. When the leave is approved, parents can view the approved / rejected status through the App.

Home Work: 

Day to day homework is easily available through this portal. Either your child is absent or on leave, you’ll be able to view their homework diary.

Syllabus Status

Session Syllabus is  available via the portal. Parents can view the syllabus progress in percentage via Syllabus Status feature. The progress will be updated topic wise.

Timetable 

Parents can view daily Class Time Table and Exam Time Table. These time tables are easily printable at home via IPSC Portal (web).

Lesson Plan

Parents can view a weekly Lesson Plan for every subject of your ward prepared by the teachers. It will help parents to prepare their children on day-to-day basis.

Noticeboard

All important announcements can be viewed through this feature; you will never miss any important circular or notice given by the school.

Timeline

This module help parents to remember every little detail of their ward’s journey of school throughout the years. Parents can view his achievements, participations, important events and much more.

G-Meet Live Classes / Online Examination

Whenever there is a need of an online class or online examination, students can easily attend G-meet live class and take exams through this portal.

Download Center

Through download center, the parents and students have the opportunity to view Summer vacation work pdfs and “How to” video tutorials about the IPSC Portal App.

Transport

Our transport module shows information about the route, vehicle and driver, including pick up time and points.
